Terms of Use
Effective 9 August 2026.
By installing and using the Thallos app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
The key thing to understand. Thallos is analytics for your own data, not a medical service. The app does not diagnose conditions, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a doctor.
1. What the app does
Thallos collects data from wearables and Apple Health, calculates sleep, recovery and strain metrics from it, keeps a nutrition and habit journal, recognises lab results and provides general recommendations, including with the help of artificial intelligence.
2. Not a medical device
- The app is not a medical device and has not been registered as one.
- Metrics, forecasts and recommendations are estimates provided for information only.
- AI assistant answers may contain errors. Do not use them to make decisions about treatment, medication or whether to see a doctor.
- If you feel unwell, consult a doctor; in an emergency, call the emergency services.
3. Your account
- An account is required to use the app. Provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
- An account is for personal use by one individual.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
4. Unacceptable use
- breaking the law or infringing other people’s rights;
- attempting to access other users’ accounts or data;
- interfering with the service, creating excessive load, circumventing limits;
- copying, decompiling or distributing the app or parts of it;
- uploading someone else’s medical documents without their consent;
- posting offensive material in challenges or your profile.
5. Your data
The data you upload remains yours. You grant us the right to process it in order to operate the app, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Price
The app is provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, their terms and price will be shown before purchase, and purchases will go through the App Store under Apple’s rules.
7. Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, failures or circumstances beyond our control. We may change or discontinue individual features.
8. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or harm arising from decisions you make based on the app’s metrics and recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time — see the instructions. We may restrict access if these terms are breached.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the new version.
